A Walk In The Forest

I met up with a mate this morning and we went to Epping Forest in Wansted  and we had a good walk and I posed for the camera - what do you think of them?

Then we popped to Asda to buy some supplies and had a coffee.

I have lost 8lb's according to Wii Fit which I am loving :-)

So a good day today despite my insomnia.
