..............by finally having a shit this morning.
So I am now 19st 7lb!
One of the problems us RnYers have is constipation, nice! The last time I went for a poo was on Saturday and finally after taking regular senna I had a MASSIVE movement this morning. Another problem with the bowels of us RnYers is that our poo tends to smell very offensive and despite using lots of air freshener my toilet is minging!
