Well, I spent the rest of today, up until 5ish, vomiting after eating and drinking anything.
I was feeling down in the dumps and a little sorry for myself.
I now know that it is the pasta that my pouchy dislikes at the moment, so I need to figure out what else I can eat which it likes.
It likes crispbreads and foods like that which melt into nothing and I seem to be able to cope with cheese too.
I'm off to Homerton tomorrow for a blood test so on the way back I will take another look in Tesco's to see if there is anything else which I fancy.
